Warranty Coverage

The manufacturer warrants that the lighting modules and control box will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 100,000 hours of operation, calculated as 11.4 years based on continuous 24-hour use.

The warranty period is fixed at 11.4 years from the installation date, regardless of actual usage.

This warranty applies only to the lighting modules and control box. All other components, accessories, or materials are excluded unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Registration

The warranty period begins on the installation date.

Authorized dealers must submit the warranty registration within 30 days of installation. Failure to submit within this timeframe may result in denial of warranty coverage. Submissions can be an emailed copy of signed agreement to warranty@thetrulight.com.

Product-Only Coverage

This warranty covers replacement products only.

It does not cover labor, including installation, removal, reinstallation, service calls, shipping, or other associated costs.

Prorated Warranty

This warranty is prorated over the 11.4-year warranty period.

If a product fails during the warranty period, replacement product credit will be issued based on the remaining unused portion of the warranty.

Warranty credit is provided in product only and not as cash or refunds.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be submitted through the installing dealer and must include proof of installation date and purchase. The manufacturer reserves the right to inspect or request return of defective products before issuing warranty credit.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or failure caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, accidents, power surges, or external events such as storms or fire.
